No, there is no limitation of workspaces. You are free to add as many workspaces to your organization as needed.

Force a rejoin of the device into the network. Most sensors allow this when you perform a hard reset: Take out the battery, connect the contacts to use up the remaining voltage, put the battery back in. Depending on the sending interval, it can take up to 1 hour until the first data is visible in akenza.
You can find past invoices under Subscription - Invoices. All past invoices are listed there and ready for download as a PDF.
You can change your subscription plan at any time. Go to Subscriptions - Plans to up-or downgrade. Your new subscription will be activated immediately. At the end of each month, your invoice will be pro-rated accordingly.
