Can I have multiple organizations?

Yes, you can have as many organizations as you want. Notably, you will have to create multiple subscriptions.

What do I need to do when I want to be part of another organization as an editor?

Ask the organization admin of the organization you want to be part of to add you as an editor. Find out more here.

Is there a limitation in Workspace number within an organization?

No, there is no limitation of workspaces. You are free to add as many workspaces to your organization as needed.

I want to connect my infrastructure to a Network provider which is not listed on akenza. What can I do?

Please contact us, if you require a connectivity network provider which isn't listed on akenza.

The payload data by using a syntax on my E-Mail output connector does not work. What can I do?

Please check if your Syntax is set correctly. Check the Templating Syntax here.

I want to connect a sensor, but I do not have a Device Type. What can I do?

You simply can create your own Device Type if you are on the Advanced plan or higher. Find out more here.

I have registered a sensor with LoRaWAN and do not receive any data. What can I do?

Force a rejoin of the device into the network. Most sensors allow this when you perform a hard reset: Take out the battery, connect the contacts to use up the remaining voltage, put the battery back in. Depending on the sending interval, it can take up to 1 hour until the first data is visible in akenza.

Where can I find past Invoices?

You can find past invoices under Settings - Subscription - Invoices. All past invoices are listed there and ready for download as a PDF.

What do I need to do, if I want to change my active subscription plan?

You can change your subscription plan at any time. Go to Settings - Subscriptions - Plans to up- or downgrade your plan. Your new subscription will be activated immediately. At the end of each month your invoice will be pro-rated accordingly.
